Engagement Photographers in Vernon

This wonderful couple, Mike & Alex hired us to be their Wedding and Engagement Photographers in Vernon a few months ago.

As they are getting married next March we knew we wanted to capture their Engagement Portraits before the snow flies and Fall is always such a beautiful time in the Okanagan. Thanksgiving weekend was the perfect time to create them and we were blessed with a beautiful fall day!

Having only ever talked on the phone, when they pulled up to my house, we realized a huge connection we had. Mike’s brother and his family live across the street from us. Our kids and his nieces and nephews travel to school with each other every day! It is going to be SUCH a special wedding for me to photograph knowing so many family members. I can’t wait to see his niece as one of the flower girls!

With the beautiful autumn leaves we went for a small hike to find some beautiful patches of light and colour and with this time of year being so special, we had no shortage of inspiration. Every where you look there are beautiful, vibrant colours.

They are such a kind hearted couple who fit lovingly into each other arms and I know their wedding is going to be filled with family, laughter and love. I can not wait for March 2025. It is going to be beautiful!
