As Vernon and Kelowna Wedding Photographers, it is always a special day when we are packing up to head to our favourite Okanagan Valley / Monashee Mountain Range venue, Keefer Lake Lodge!

It is even MORE special when it is Victoria and Jace getting married as her dad owns Keefer Lake Lodge and so this place holds so many special moments for them. Family vacations, family party nights and now Jace and Victoria’s epic wedding!

You may remember this beautiful couple from their Engagement Session last year. Their love story started when they “officially” started dating in Grade 8 so the amount of memories these two have already made together is so inspiring. Then you meet their wedding parties and they are made up of classmates from when they were young, family members and co-workers and you see the pattern that life long friends and family are cherished in this tight knit group.

I also LOVE how much trust they put into the team of amazing staff at Keefer Lake Lodge and let their day unfold. They were SO present in each portion of their day and completely laid back. We didn’t even leave the property for additional photos. I mean when the wild flowers start to bloom at Keefer, why would you leave? It was beyond breathtaking! The vision of this beautiful field has been growing for years and to see it come to fruition for Victoria and Jace was very special.
