It’s hard to describe the feelings I had creating Engagement Photos in Vernon for one of my best friends son.
After a morning of photographing a sweet little newborn to an evening in an old growth apple orchard with these two beautiful humans and Aidan’s incredible dog Mosin, it filled my heart with so much love.
To have seen Aidan grow up and to now find the woman he wants to marry, is truly special and I am so glad I was able to find a beautiful backdrop for their love story. Coming from Victoria to visit family, we jumped at the chance to use an apple orchard that is in the middle of harvesting all their beautiful apples.
Mosin the dog added a whole extra layer of amazingness to our session, thinking every apple he saw was a ball. And the way Aidan has trained him, made so many of the poses I wanted to try a possibility. I mean seriously….I think every Engagement Session needs a dog in it now! I sure hope he makes an appearance at the wedding!
They will be getting married next August in one of my favourite venues in Vernon, Coldstream Hall and I know it is not only going to be an amazing celebration of Salina and Aidan’s love but a chance to hang out with his family too.
I am beyond thrilled you two found each other and I can not wait to continue documenting your love story when you get married!
